 This letter is to inform you of the Annual Meeting for Artemina Homeowners Association being held on Tuesday, April 13th at 6:00 PM via teleconference. Access for this meeting is detailed below:

The Annual Meeting is held to elect members to the Board of Directors, review the financial standing of the Association, and allow for Homeowner comments. There are 5 spots available for the Board of Directors set for 1 year terms. If you are interested in being on the board, please submit the Nomination Form via e-mail to by Wednesday, March 24th at 4:00 PM so information may be provided to the homeowners. Persons interested in serving must be members of the Association in good standing.

The Board is also asking that all homeowners please make sure Heywood Management has an up to date e-mail and phone number, this can be sent to to be included with your records. Without this you may miss out on information being sent to the community.
