  ARTEMINA HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION   THERE IS A BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING TUESDAY MAY 17TH AT 6PM   LOCATION HEYWOOD MANAGEMENT OFFICE 42 S HAMILTON PL GILBERT, 85233    

ATTENTION ARTEMINA HOMEOWNERS The Town of Gilbert will be Static Pressure Testing fire hydrants between Rawhide, Melba and Mesquite. The retention areas on both sides of Rawhide, in which one of those parks is the basketball park will be flooded. The second notice for the community, the common area on Presidio off Laredo and Bosal, is not getting water to it. The Landscapers are trying to wire trace where the valve is and so far, has no luck. It looks like the original company that did the landscaping when Artemina was built ran supply pipes from Cambridge/Sunfish through homeowners’ property. If by chance you are re-piping your front yard or relandscaping and you or your contractor come across a pipe that they are not sure of, please call Kevin at Heywood Management right away. ARTEMINA HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION  Hello Artemina Residents, There has been a recent increase of “Organized” sports teams using our parks with many participates from outside the community. Unfortunately, Artemina parks were not made to handle “Organized Sports”, with that said, there is also liability to the Association if someone were to get hurt while on Artemina property. People will sue the association, but also the individual homeowner that allowed that team to practice on Private property. The Association Insurance Company “will not” cover people that were hurt that are not residents in the community when a Artemina homeowner allowed this to happen. The Board of Directors and the Management Company are here to protect “All” homeowners in Artemina, that is why the “No Trespassing” signs were installed, so the ARS “No Trespassing” statute can be enforced. The parks are for Artemina Residents only with their guests for a party, family gatherings, playdates, etc.   Organized Sports are “NOT” considered guests and will not be accepted as so. ARTEMINA HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION   Hello Artemina Homeowners, Please be aware that there will be two projects going on this week in the community. The landscapers will be planting “Phase II” of the replanting of different plants and trees, please make sure while driving you give them plenty of buffer room while they are planting on the different streets. Also, they will be work on the drainage area at the Velma and Horseshoe Park by Torrent on Wednesday to fix the drainage issue at the catch basin. Thank you The Artemina Board of Directors

ATTENTION ARTEMINA RESIDENTS  THE SAND AREA AT THE PARK BY VELMA AND HORSESHOE OFF OF SPUR WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND DUE TO A BROKEN PIPE IN THE SAND AREA. THIS WILL BE FIXED ON MONDAY  Thank you

Hello Artemina Homeowners Please read the brochure from the Town of Gilbert about draining your pool. You are not allowed to drain your pool or spa in any “Common Area” of the community. Per the Town of Gilbert, you need to use the washouts in your front yard for this. If you see anyone draining their pool in the common areas or in the gutter please email Kevin at Heywood Management, kevin@heywoodmanagement.com with the address of the person doing the draining, your name will be confidential. A violation letter will be sent which will be $100.00 on the first letter and the Town of Gilbert will be notified as well. This is to keep our common areas clear of puddling water and Mosquitoes in the community. Thank you all for you help and attention to this matter.
